Stuck at Home Due to the Coronavirus? Workout at Home!
We all need to be pulling together to slow the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19. Part of that means staying home as much as possible. Just because you cannot go to the gym, that doesn't mean that you can't stay fit. Check out this video on ways you can stay fit while sheltering in place. Also, as long as it is allowed in your area, you can also go for a walk or a run, but please be sure to maintain a distance of no less than six feet from anyody that is not a member of your immediate household. I have been going for long walks and I have been dismayed at how many strangers are not keeping their distance from other me. By failing to give people space, they not only risk getting the virus, but they may wind up spreading it.
For those people who think that people are getting way to carried away with just how dangerous this flu is, I will just say that the virus doesn't care what you think. Listen to the experts. Look at the numbers. This is still in its early stages. The numbers are increasing expodentially. How many people need to get sick or worse, die, before everyone stats taking this seriously? The sooner everyone gets on board and starts being responsible, the better shot we have of getting through this.
